Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN) is the largest entrepreneur assistance organization in the state of Oregon. OEN fosters the flow of
entrepreneurial ideas, services, and capital to entrepreneurs and helps connect emerging Northwest businesses to growth-stimulating expertise and valuable resources.

Oregon Small Business Development Center provides management counseling, workshops and seminars and related programs, and resource
materials including specific market information. These services are available to anyone who owns, operates, or is considering starting a small business in Oregon.
Cost: Services are free to Oregon businesses and entrepreneurs. Nominal fees apply to some workshops, workbooks, and other materials.

The Portland Business Alliance (PBA) is one of Oregon's leading business organizations, serving its members by providing them
with opportunities to grow their businesses, learn new skills, issue certificates of origin, support other businesses in their community and access to members' only savings and

SCORE, Counselors to America's Small Business is a national non-profit organization dedicated to the education of entrepreneurs and the
formation, growth and success of the nation's small businesses. SCORE is a resource partner of the United States Small Business Administration (SBA).

Filming Hallmark’s “Valley of Light”
Hallmark’s “Valley of Light” starring Chris Klein (“American Pie”, “We Were Soldiers”) and Gretchen Mol (“The Thirteenth Floor”, “Rounders”) was filmed in Clackamas and Marion counties in 2005. With the ability to work within the same time zone, Oregon is extremely attractive to Los Angeles-based studios and production companies. Oregon is also home to a wide variety of talented award-winning filmmakers such as Gus Van Sant, Mike Rich and Todd Haynes.
