You need to target your job position and elaborate or emphasize on those particular skills. When I get a résumé that says they have some experience in all positions I hesitate. Listing a lot of non-related courses or other achievements takes up valuable space that should be used for related skills, credits and related work history.
It's also very important that people record all of their work. Every job is valuable experience and then you can choose the best. Using a comprehensive outline with correct size font, characters, graphics and so on is key for catching the eye and for easy reading. Make certain things pop.
